Drawing stories and touching hearts.
Every story deserves to be seen as well as heard. Whether it’s transforming a whimsical children’s tale or preserving a family’s history in graphic novel form, I approach each project with care and respect for its unique voice. For me, illustration is about more than creating beautiful images — it’s about connecting with the heart of a story and bringing it to life in a way that feels true to its origins.
Here, I share with you two custom projects. “Franklin and the Thunder Boomers” was created for a little boy who had a fear of thunder, and “The Art of Dog-Catchery” is an illustrated chapter of a family memoir of a man who worked as a dog catcher in 1970’s California. It was a way for his family to bring his stories to life.
